Goldcrest Resources Ltd. Engages Investor Relations Professionals

| | Toronto, ON, Goldcrest Resources Ltd. ("Goldcrest"), (GCL-TSX.V) is pleased to announce that it has retained Greg Taylor and Nicholas Sayce the "consultants") to develop and execute an investor relations program for Goldcrest to achieve greater exposure within the investment community.
Greg Taylor is a former journalist who, since 1993, has provided investor relations and corporate communications support to more than 60 public companies, working both in-house and as a consultant. As President of GT Investor Relations Inc., an independent investor relations consultancy, he is working with a select group of public companies, primarily in the resource sector, helping to enhance the effectiveness of their communications and raise their profile amongst institutional and retail investors.
Nicholas Sayce was educated in the UK, emigrated to Canada in 1966, and entered the investment business in 1968. He has worked in equity trading for a major financial institution and investment dealers where he gained insight into worldwide markets. His knowledge of Canadian, US and European financial institutions stems from years spent in institutional sales. Latterly, he has devoted his time to investor relations in the institutional field, successfully introducing companies to institutional markets in North America and Europe, specializing in the resource industry.
Goldcrest has agreed to pay the consultants a monthly retainer of $5,000, plus reasonable out of pocket expenses for a minimum term of six months and to grant each an option to purchase 50,000 shares of Goldcrest at an exercise price of $0.33 per share, expiring December 1, 2009.
Goldcrest Resources Ltd. is a mineral exploration company focused on growing shareholder value through the advancement of its Gaoua, Kampti and Titao Sud projects in Burkina Faso.
