Qualified Persons
Under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101, the qualified person for the Burkina Faso projects is Mr. Guy Franceschi, Vice President, Exploration of the Company. Mr. Franceschi is a member of the European Federation of Geologists.
Under the guidelines of National Instrument 43-101, the qualified person for the Ghanaian projects is Mr. Craig Pearman, Exploration Manager of the Company. Mr. Pearman is a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions.
